Service Level

If we have to send a technician out to resolve an issue, in addition to the preferred rate of $99/hr, you will be scheduled within 48 hrs.

Pay As You Go

Our No Cost plan is a pay as you go program that doesn’t include after-hours support. Remote services are billed at $145/hour, on-site service is $145 for the first hour and $145 for every hour thereafter.
